Vicsek Viktor generatív módon működő audiovizuális vetítése a kinetikus építészet lezáratlanságát, szabadon alakítható jellegét a fény anyatlanságának a koncepciójával kapcsolja össze. A tükröződés, a virtuális tömegképzés és a szimmetria segítségével olyan fiktív, állandó átalakulásban lévő tereket mutat meg, amelynek pontszerű elemekből összeállított struktúrái a látvány testies jelenlétét dramatizáló barokk kori mennyezetfreskók sotto in sù és quadratura technikáinak az illuzionizmusát fordítják át egy 21. századi médiumba.
Victor Vasarely (1906, Pécs – 1997, Paris) was a key figure in the abstract geometric art that became an international movement known as Kineticism. By shifting and intersecting the lines and planes that make up his compositions he produced works that created the illusion of protrusion or indentation, and his distinctive style exploded into the public consciousness in the mid-1960s as “op art,” setting off a wave of fashion that still continues today.
